Remarks : This is a protected species in Lorraine. See also Lunaria annua. They are grown for their pretty flowers and decorative seedpods, called silicles. Lunaria (commonly called Money Plant and Silver Dollars) is derived from luna, the moon, and refers to the shape of the seedpods.
